This visit may also include a physical exam and arrangements for lab testing if required. If you have any recent lab results from the last 6 months, please bring them with you to the first visit.

Dr. MacKenzie will review the information provided and will work with you during this time to develop a comprehensive plan that meets your healthcare needs.

Return Visits

The return visit are typically 30 minutes, but can be extended to a 45 or 60 minute visit if needed. Your return visit is usually within a few weeks of your first visit. This visit is where we begin treatment such as acupuncture, supplementation, diet changes, IV vitamin therapy, etc., as well develop your treatment plan and establish treatment goals.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture appointments are 45 minutes in duration. This begins with a quick assessment of your condition, then 35 to 40 minutes of relaxing with the acupuncture needles. Acupuncture can be used to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, joint and muscle pain, fatigue, women's health, fertility and much more. Get ready to relax and restore your body.

IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy

IV vitamin infusion drips are approximately 20 - 30 minutes in duration. We use small butterfly needles for our IV's for minimal pain. The vitamin formulas are individualized to each patient's nutrient needs. The direct access to your cells makes IV nutrient therapy ideal for addressing chronic fatigue, anxiety, digestive concerns, colds, influenza and recovery from intense athletic training.
